The Contractors' All Risks policy is designed to provide protection for the building and civil works during the Contract period either for one-off Contracts or Annual policy including any maintenance period.

The cover is available to protect against the cost of unforeseen loss or damage to buildings, works, loss or damage to machinery and plant.

The Contract value should represent the cost of the Contract, including materials and labour.

Cover provides for:

 

Contract Works	Contract value
Own Plant	Tools owned
Temporary Buildings	Buildings that are erected on site, i.e., Office/Canteen
Hired-in Plant	Annual hired charges / Maximum hired-in plant value
Employees' Tools	Cover can include your employees' tools whilstworking for you

 

Cover will also include Employers' Liability and Public Liability.

In addition to the above, cover can be extended to include:

• Advance Loss of Profits;

• Construction Owners' Cost Over-run Insurance;

• Delay in Completion and Performance Short-fall Insurance;

• Liquidation and Ascertained Damage Insurance.
